As you mostly know I traded my T for a new CB1000 a month or so ago....yeah, yeah, I know...
Now as much as I love the CB, the CB forums are as dull as ditchwater by comparison with this site.
Massive member traffic, hundreds of 'lurkers' and 'voyeurs' sitting in the background, but virtually no interaction.
Post something up...which you'd think would be of interest, gets a few hundred views...but not one comment?...Makes you wonder what's the point?
This forum is one of the best for interaction, vibrancy, learning, feedback and banter that I've come across.
Errrmmmmm.....OK if I stay here a while...? LOL

Of course, maybe the T is calling you back?!

Strange this comment comes immediately after others have been lamenting the forums lack of visibility from AP compared to the FB page. This forum and it's membership is certainly the thing that got my RSV optimised by adding a few useful mods, and it's use by AP as a - very informal and low key - marketing tool is what made  me spend money with them.

Reminds me of RAF Valley's trackdays past, there was a very outgoing girl there that I used to enjoy following, she wasn't very fast then but she rode some nice lines, watching her white leathers moving around on the bike was err,.. interesting Embarrassed

Yep, this is one of the friendliest and helpful forums that I've ever joined. I won't disrespect others as that wouldn't be fair but this the guys on here are a great bunch.

I'm also not a Facebook user and I also feel that FB has taken priority and less audience. I was a member years back when the original site went under....Can't even remember now...My partner was pregnant at the time!

Anyway, keep it up guys.... brilliant forum with an exceptional crowd 🤗👍

No Aprilia & I'm still lurking..,..just not been found out yet. Nobody going for a Honda straight back to an Aprilia though. They would need an intermediate step......something to get them used to the reliability....maybe a 70's Skoda or Yugo.

Not too bad thanks, had a hard 3 years or so , Wife's father (lived with us) succumbed to cancer , then we lost both horses and our 8 year old jackaranian (dog), been at risk of redundancy for a year now (2nd time with same mob), found out that Frankie got stolen and is still awol , wrote my Audi off and bought back my old Leon Cupra R. Still seeing the head shrinkers but other than that how's you doing ?

How is retirement ?, At my present rate I will either be in the looney bin or still working (assuming I make 67 that is !!).

I very much regret selling Frankie and if I could turn back time but oh well , spilt milk and all that.....

Nice to see that there are still some familiar faces around , its quite comforting.
