Right here goes .. had a bit of an off at Church on a JW track day
@ Anglesey .. helmet just a small scratch on outside .. but when the guy in the med centre that checks by removing the lining .. there was a big split vertically up the middle of the safety cell.. f**ked then.. he used it to show his guys and galls what to look for before giving someone back their helmet !! Right now the thanks .. if you do a 3 element belly surf (tar, rumble strip and grass ) and you realise your still on the planet .. what could be better than looking up and having Jenny Tinmouth fussing over you !! Now to the wonderful Mr IanG of these parts known to many of you .. who had come for a look see with a pal of his and within seconds of the stricken Mille being returned to the garage was in about it like a dog eating mince .. people supplied nuts , bolts tools you name it .. even a modicum of sympathy until they realised I was fairly ok .. then the piss take started !! So good were Ian`s efforts that I got the whole of the next day out of the bike with no dramas.. and I also have to thank him for not shopping me at his earliest opportunity but now that I`ve owned up and faced the wrath of her in doors he is free to tell what this old dickhead was doing before wipeout So to finish .. I would like to say what a fine bunch of people true bikers really are, and the JW staff and the Anglsey med crew and even the piss take head of the ride of shame crew .. who asked me mid way back.. you`ve been it that seat before .. is`int it? ..in a lovely Welsh accent |

Glad you walked away relatively unscathed Just remember next time you're following Jenny you don't overtake and show how fast you can go,you should follow closely and admire the lines ( hers mainly ) as it works out cheaper and leaves more skin on the arm Much as I was tempted to I wouldn't have said anything before you did,and have you owned up to Audrey yet about what speed you were doing at the time? I had a memory lapse when asked

Jenny was impressed by the speed anyway when she was talking afterwards, as it all unfolded in front of her. I thought it was a nice touch when she turned onto the grass with her bikes hazard lights flashing and parked up to administer some sympathy/TLC to the fallen hero The things we do for attention eh?

Ha, I just sort of took over when a mangled AP rearset came apart in my hands,I thought Rod had enough to think about so I just got stuck in,and with tools and fasteners on offer from other riders managed to make it rideable again. I did wonder afterwards if I'd overstepped the mark but I think I got away with it as he managed another complete day's riding with nothing major needing looking at. |

I think I felt that bollocking from here I sensed a slight annoyance from the txt's we exchanged I got the same treatment when I did what you did, took a while for things to settle down here afterwards and I wasn't even hurt. I hope you heal quickly as that looks really nasty |
