Good day one and all,
Firstly, I've been riding the Tuono since Monday and oohhh my! Definatly lived up to the expectations!
But anyway, 250miles and a motorway journey the speedo is keeping at a nice constant 0mph. It went like this in between rides and said 150 and 53 then 0 and hasn't moved since. Sound like the speedo sensor on the swingarm has gone pop? Gave it a clean but no change. Any thoughts much appreciated.
Cheers!

Yeah as suspected then. Ahh well. Seeing as it's a common issue, do a certain generation (I.e. The ones used on the later machines with the same part number) have better ones or is it a case of getting one of an eBay bike breakers?

Groovy. I've given them a call and got the info needed. Looks like another of the same is the best bet advised. To eBay!

Many thanks to both of you for the help. Of all the forums I've used with previous bikes owned, this is definatly the fastest and most quality one out there! Cheers

Lol, when my speedo sensor went, I was apparently doing 288mph.

The mot guy, an ex Aprilia mechanic, was saying to his mate, "lets see how fast he goes" at my last mot (using the dash function).

They nearly fell over ha ha LOL
Question everything.

Hehe, top notch. Problem is my 150 odd is reasonable for the bike for the wrong person to see..!

Now here's the thing officer, my speedo sensor was replaced last week and the old one gave some very odd readings!  Big smile
