I'm in, already had a chat with Liam, all Ape photos will be free, Ducati's are 300% above normal price Tongue
The fastest colour is black, and yes I know my bike isn't but I still stand by it.

Come on lads, inters is mostly ours, let's take over all the group's 😎
I've never done Donny so I'm not sure if I should go in the novice or inters. Usually in the inters but I know cadwell and snetterton really well but with you fast lot bombing round with your 1060's and never setting foot at the place I might be like the video above

Hi Adam, I have never rode around Donington either, if you go in to the novice group can you change during the day?
I have never done a trackday only raced a long time ago, but what I have watched of trackdays the inters seems to be safer.
I am looking forward to putting the slipper and Braketechs their paces at the loop.
What rubber are people intending to use on the day?

Howdy Rich.
Im not sure on the switching groups thing with no limits? All depends how full up it is I suppose🤔..
Honestly buddy, you'll be fine in the inters, you'll be too quick for novice I think . Just take your time in the first couple of sessions and you'll soon get to grips with Donny.
I'll be sticking with Supercorsa sp's on mine I think or the Conti Race Attacks if I need to fit a new set by then, both very similar level and plenty sticky enough for my pace.

Cheers for that Adam, I will use Metezlers, but I don't know whether to go for K3s as they are a road tyre and I can use the bike more often on the road. The K2s and K1s is really race rubber and a waste on the road.

Does Donnington have fuel available at the circuit?

I only got 58 miles to the light at Spa last year Shocked

Hello Phil.
Yes, there's a fuel station on site(credit/debit card only).

Yeah, I'm expecting mine to not be quite as frugal next time around😂

K3's are about on a par with Supercorsas arent they Rich? They'll be more than enough, I used to run Dunlop Sportsmarts and they were fine and they're at a level below the K3/Supercorsa.

I will be booking this next pay day.
Just spoke to them at no limits, there is 40 places in each group. Novice-intermediate-expert at the moment.
At some point the remaining places will be open to general public.
This track day is 105 db
Never look down on anyone unless you are helping them up.

Im coming.
I need to put a few demons to the sword from my last trackday which was the Aprilia one that was held at Silverstone many moons ago (2006 I think!)
I'll throw myself in the novices and wobble about as best I can.

Looking forward to the banter and catch up.

I don't think you can have a "slow" crash at Silverstone Cry

as long as you can walk away that is all that matters.

Cheesy, you gonna bring the Gen1/2 Tuono?  Would be great to finally slobber all over it.

Cheesy, dude. It would be awesome to catch up with you there.

Sounds like there will be a few of us too.
We're taking over the place and we'll manage to drown out the planes from the airport too.

Can't see it being 60 TBH, max race grid size is 36 from memory. Endurance is limited to 40

Although knowing NL if they can squeeze that in.....

60 on track at any one time would be ludicrous. No one would get a clear track, and given the diversity of talent in each group....

I just fancied a sedate trundle with like minded Aprilia owners, sorry to piss on anyone's chips but massive groups are not for me.

Can't we get one more in the inters and it will be all Aprilias 😂
If any other make goes in the inters, I hope they got good ear plugs. M9rko you coming, or you in the fast?

I'm sure somebody told me 40 but Liam said today it was 60🤔...

However, I've done Donington with no limits last year and if it was 60 a group for that one then it was fine, it certainly didn't feel too crowded...

Not been to Donington in a good few years.

How safe is bike parking on site, if you're spectating on a trackday?

I don't want to have to take my eyes off of the gravel pit for too long, looking over my shoulder LOL

Question everything.

You will be able to bring it into the pits, when I went to Brands they let my mate's father bring his bike in there. Or we will put in the van and drive it into the pits with mine Rick.

Hi Paul, I have just asked Liam Dear, and he has confirmed that it is 60 to a group.
Let's hope they don't fill it, I agree with you entirety.
60 is too much, it's not the TT, perhaps they think they are going to let people on track like the Tt 😂

There's still 20 spaces left in inters Ad and, to be honest , I bet they won't take many bookings from the general public until it gets much closer to the day, I never book up until about 3 or 4 weeks before normally and there are always spaces in all 3 groups.
