If your doing it on a mobile you need to set the forum mode to classic or use a pc. Mobile browser mode doesn't have room to display the whole menu.

Just out of interest having renewed my premium membership towards the end of last year I cancelled the recurring payment that would have been taken from my paypal in August 2016 only the other day.

Since then I have lost access to my premium status, surely that should not have happened until August given that I have paid for a year??? Big smile

Your paid up for premium until 22nd sept 2016.

Not sure why paypal emailed to say that a due payment had been missed on the 7th but that is why it had been removed.

I had an email a few days ago saying that "Aprilia Performance has suspended your automatic payments. Contact Aprilia Performance for more details or to reactivate your payments."

I obvioulsy didn't do this, any ideas what's happened here, I am happy to keep paying...

Paypal try 3 times to take the annual payment via your paypal account.  After the 3rd failure it gives up and suspends the account. Usually happens if there is no paypal balance or alternative funds (bank account or card) linked to the account that it can use instead.

I can re activate it if you want me too.

Thanks Spoonz, it might be something like that - I did have 2 accounts at one point, maybe it's the inactive one that this comes out of, I never checked that. Let me just set-up another payment...
