Front bodywork fits just fine!
Rear fender fitted...no problems there, just a few spacers made to sit straight
Airbox fitted...we had a failure in the fuel lines that feed the showers but sorted this one out fast
Need to see if the airtubes will fit and support the front subframe.
Brakes have fluids now!! Tongue
Water was added in the system

Only a few things remain now like fitting the rest of the bodywork, new battery, fabricate another bracket for the overflow bottle and some other bits LOLLOLLOL

Hi Nitro, looking great!

I have the same Sebimoto intakes. I've just recently fitted them.

Can you take a pic of the extra brackets you've made? Having not road tested since fitting, it might be an idea for me to do similar, before a proper run. Thumbs Up

Question everything.

I used to run them without the brackets just fine Diablo. The reason I will make some additional brackets is because I have changed the front subframe and I want to support it more

Absolutely beautiful , a great accomplishment and superb attention to detail . I love the sound of that exhaust.
I may get one for my future big Bore , that's if Smalmoto is still making them. It looks a lot nicer on the bike, perhaps it's because it compliments such perfection .

Story so far...dyno day went smoothly

The motor runs really nice and feels great up to 7500rpm. A base fuel map was made for the running in period and the rev limiter was set to 7000rpm.

We got a little excited and measured power at the rear wheel which was around 110Hp. The good thing is not the number but the smooth way it behaves so far.

Summer holidays will mean running in the old lady but I hope before we go to get a chance to weight her fully wet.

Took the old lady out for her first short run on Saturday...works like a charm and the motor sure feels promising.

Had some issues I need to sort before starting the running in during summer brake

I've not been on as much of late and certainly not on other social media these days so missed most of this till today's catch up.

Bikes looking mint and sad to see the system was an arse but glad you managed to sort it with some of your own mods though I do agree Konstantin should really of got it spot on. But so long as you are happy now with it.
Very impressive bike I must say. Great work
