So what is the actual differences between one for a Gen 2 Tuono and a Gen 2 RSVR or the Factory?

I assume the connectors are the same given that it is the same engine, ECU would be the same would it not?

Would the base software be different at all?

Could a Tuono one be used on an RSVR and mapped to suit i suppose is the real question Tongue

I wondered this also, as I came across a couple of reasonably priced units listed as for a tuono when I was trawling the bay. In the end though I found somewhere selling brand new 1's for an rsvr @ 299 euros which equates to about 200 quid due to the good exchange rate at the moment. Can send a link if you are interested

I am actually speaking to someone about buying their one off a 2006-2007 Tuono and he seems to think it will work perfectly fine on the 05 Factory, i can't actually find anything to suggest it won't either particularly given that my bike is on Map 2 and it won't be fitted until it is setup and done on a dyno Smile

But a link is always handy, particularly if they are also selling push type quickshifters too Big smile

http://www.gentlemen-riders.com/#s[11][]:2846&s[10][]:2736&s[12][]:2884&old_selected_criterion:YTozOntpOjExO2E6MTp7aTowO3M6NDoiMjg0NiI7fWk6MTA7YToxOntpOjA7czo0OiIyNzM2Ijt9aToxMjthOjE6e2k6MDtzOjQ6IjI4ODQiO319&rg:&sid:1&h:home&p:3

3rd page in is pcv for 290 euros. Quick shifter is in the accessories tab at the bottom. 140 quid. I wouldn't know if that's cheap or not
