The actual flywheel rotor? If so yes on a gen 1. Not easy. Need the correct puller and plenty of heat. And I'm not joking plenty of heat and a good pair of heat proof gloves to hold it as it pops off so it doesn't hit the ground.

Had to change my sprag which required removing the rotor. Also advise using the correct loctite fluid when reinstalling it too.

The Gen1 flywheel weight is riveted on and also acts as a spacer. So you would have to first drill out the rivets and secondly replace it with something to keep the spacing the same. I did remove mine on a Gen2, but it only made a small difference and the bike did stall a little easier so I put it back on.
