Woke up nice and early with the sun bleaching down, Yowza. Shower, gear on, fire bike up and arrive at Locksbottom, with masses of bikes as usual.

Met up with Mart ( Slash ) and Mike ( w00dzy ) and then look at the map to decided a route. We decided to keep in the spirit of things and do the A21 all the way there, which proved to be the right choice as it flowed all the way.

Look what i spied in the background. Don't mention the D word LOL

Half distance, we stop at the Route 1066 Cafe as some of the young dudes on here get wrist and neck aches LOL The live Rockabilly band added to the atmosphere. We were thinking how much Nickyboy would have been enjoying himself.

Talk of the devil, we spot this. We thought Nick could have got his head down. More like throwing a sausage up Dartford Tunnel. Where's our famous Nickyboy when you need him Confused

We arrive at Hastings, and this is only a fraction of it.

Feeling hungry we found this nice young lady selling Winkles. Jellied Eels for me though Wink

The WPC was a serious fit bit of Totty. She wasn't interested in a biker with Jellied Eel breath Angry

We strolled into town where you could watch live BSB from Oulton Park Clap

Or get a big hug from Mickey Mouse. I was sure there was a female in here, so i let Mickey hug me again Wink

We stayed at Hasting right to the end, after winding duct tape around Mikes boot as the zip broke, then blatted off to Rye to laugh about my late braking into a hairpin bend. Then a loonie ride home to a watch Moto GP highlight. Oh what a Wowcha weekend Wink Big smile

Agree, how do you think the OZ wheels would look in the Aprilia red on a Matte Black RSVR with the carbon hugger and guard? Don't know if I could bear to have them painted though as they are still original and in excellent conditiion!

As i have said many times before ,that's what i would have mine done in .but in all honesty they would look better on the brembo's because there is more wheel if ya know what im saying ,or may be in thinking jap wheel .but would still look awesome on either . ;)

I would never paint my wheels as paint isn't as durable as powder coating & would poo my pants every time i changed tyres lolSmile

Mr Harris you legend, what a cracking day! I gave them all big waves but unfortunately my camera was facing the road and didnt capture it. Reminded me of my trips to le mans moto gp apart from this was much much busier!

One to remember for sure.

I was gagging to get the pace up at the end of the day though!

Looking forward to our next ride out! ClapBig smile
