Hi Col, if you got the pcv with the quickshifter it might be worth considering an Autotune AT300 which connects straight into your Pcv.
You can set it up with the Dynojet software doing AFR figures, throttle bodies ballance plus quickshifter setup.
Although I got the above I use a stand alone Special quickshifter set to 67.5 mili secs race shift.
It maps both cylinders separately and can even run a live map like me.
If you need any Dynojet advice ring Richard at Dynojet helpline, he is really helpful if you need his number just ask.

Here's Richard's number Dynojet helpline
01995600500
There was a Dynojet Autotune AT300 for sale on here he might still have it.
If you decide to go down that route I will give you any help that you may need.
It a great bit of kit,no expensive Dyno time change anything exhaust or induction even a 1060 kit and will map itself.
It's widely used in the TT.
Purehavok fitted one to his and was well impressed.
It can only be used with a Pcv not with pc3 so you will be OK.
You will have to weld the bungs into the exhausts to take the wideband sensors.
One of my favourite mods on my bike, the ability to change anything and not having to go to the Dyno sharks is great and saves lot of money.
The default 13/1 AFR is good but you can change it if you wish.
I might use one of Gabro 's charts with my 1060 .
It incredibly flexible and accurate.
