don't worry ........ back brakes can be mod....no doubt someone will explain ....problem is to short lever ...............and no heat protection on master cylinder.

Re back brake yello, not all bikes have a problem but even on those that don;t the brake is often less than "sharp"
 
Some can be fixed with a correct bleed (m/c off and raised up) and some (post 04 bikes) need the MC relocated as it's on the side of the engine and gets too hot.
Aftermarket rearsets help if they come with a different brake lever as they increase the leverage. The oem lever it too short to get decent power.
 
Nothing to be worried about though

will be servicing my rear caliper of genII.. wondering.. what/which brand do you guys prefer to buy? (rebuild kits).. was about to buy powerhouse rebuild kit brand in ebay.. will this brand will be ok?
