Well I got some news today. I've been given the green light to ride a bike againClap so let the madness begin. I unfortunately I'm not back on an ape I'll be on a triumph until mine gets rebuilt.
Now I need your help. Got some insurance money to replace all my gear that some scissor happy ambulance jockey ruined. so what's good kit to get? Bear in mind I'll now be on upright bikes as my wrist won't let me back on a sports bike
ive just got my first vtwin and i think i got the right one

Happy days then! Thumbs Up

If you were on an RSV before will you be on a T, is that the aim? And what kind of gear are you looking at, textiles or leathers?

Glad to hear you've had the ok!

Good news indeed. Everybody has an opinion but my Arlen Ness has been great for 8 years but love my Dianese. See what fits you best, bit like helmets.

Great news Rybes, really good to hear the progress.

Can't help on textiles as I've never owned any and I think most quality brands of leather will do the trick but depends on what fits really as you well know the fit varies massively.

There is lots of cheap used stuff on ebay, maybe try there to get you started again. That will give you time to choose what you really want.

Always some good deals to be made,
of last years collection. If you do not have to
have the latest new stuff.

if you're on a triumph try the triumph factory outlet. used it a few times, some is quite subtly branded so I would consider on any bike. got my misses some trousers for £40 once, cant get second hand for those prices.
