So having a kick about a local stealer & he has some lovely, just affordable stuff in there So if ou had a choice would it be:
1098s 1198 RC8R - in gloss white/orange looked stunning & lost the long facelook. V4 Tuono. Just dreaming but intersted to see opinion. Too obvious if you say Tuonu! |

V4 Tuono myself, my old cock sparrow.
Would end up riding like a loon again on the others myself. funny ain't it , i have day dreams like that, and don't worry about being obvious. Second choice though 1198. Then the RC8R as that's quite a rare bike.

I used to be uncertain , but now i'm not sure anymore

Well I know everyone is bias to what they own or like but I've had my v4 Tuono for a year now and yes its not perfect but I love it , I love my mille as well as I love twins. But would I swap it for any off them ?, my buddy wanted to swap his fully loaded 1198s ,carbon belly , big bore termi, it looks stunning ,I can't do it because I know it won't be as much fun as the Tuono.

Looked at the V4 Tuono today at the NEC. Even Garin looks big on it and he is only about 5,6" so no good for me.
The nicest looking bikes are still the Mv's but out of that list an 1198 personally.

For me if it was someone else paying it would be an 1198 Vyrus
But out of that list and back in the real world it would probably the result of a test ride between the V4T and a new R1 At the mo I'm thinking I'll just keep this old Ape for trackdays and put any spare cash towards a new hobby away from bikes. |

1098s only with the full 70mm race system like my last one had, and carbon in lieu of plastic trim, miss it but not that much ha, Tuono doesn't compare as different kind of bike, rc8 is the fugliest bike ever made and 1198 just says 'we can't make fast bikes without going silly sizes'

RC8R for me. Rode one when they first came out and it's exactly what a Mk111 Millers should have been.
A mate's flogging his immaculate 1098 as the radiator keeps cracking - Ducati replaced the last one admitting a 'design fault' but won't replace it again even though it failed a couple of months after replacement. |

I'd consider the Tuono if it was the aprc model. I don't like the look of the KTM. The Ducatis, well I'd take them both for a ride and see which put the bigger smile on my face.

If i had to......then 1098s, but i don't think i'd want any of them to be fair......Why isn't an early v4 factory in the list?....cus that's where my money would go

Of that list...
For a toy RC8R, then the 1098. For something to actually live with, probably the V4 Tuono.
