Snowman, I will thank you, I cant praise the Tuono enough, it is probably the best all round Motorcyle I've ever rode.

It just has everything superbike performance superb handling and the riding position for a coffin dodgy like me is perfect.

I’m 63 and still behaving like a youngster , your bike (factory) should of come with a 15 t front spkt which I put on but now run 42t rear also , lots easier in town and slow traffic and also accelerates better 👍. Mine is viewable on Facebook  at Kev Myra Snow, had Oro discs added since the pics were taken as they have Black centres.

Very nice Cool full set of R&G protection I see, looks nice and clean.

Make sure you check the fork clamp bolts and re-torque then to make sure they're not overtightened, and check the fork foot especially the left side for any cracking.

Tall, I would love a service sheet showing the bolts & studs that require torqueing and the torque setting themselves.

those bottom fork wheel spindle clamp Allen bolts crack the fork leg if tightened too much , can’t remember the torque figures 10nm comes to mind but better check, one could easily over tighten them even with Allen key . Glad you had a good ride Big smile Kev

Snowman, the previous owner had to change one, and told me the correct torque is 7Nm.

I am 5'5" so its a bit tall for me, might have to invest in a lowering kit.

Here's a handy write up for the correct front wheel installation/fork tightening procedure (with torque specs).

Better to have something you don't need than need something you don't have....

Yeah 12nm for the ohlins but 10 is enough, just mark the bolts and check every so often to make sure they're not moving.

that’s why I always take loose wheels when having tyres fitted and I barely nip Allen bolts and as you say keep an eye on them , luckily none have vanished yet .oh remember we have ohlins forks not R type so I presume torque settings will be different?
